As the owner of Straub Real Estate and a realtor for four years, Chad decided to bring his years of industry knowledge and experience back to the banking world, and he now serves as a mortgage lending officer at First Liberty Bank.

Chad has earned numerous accolades throughout his real estate career, including the prestigious 'Rookie of the Year' award from Keller Williams Platinum in 2020. He was also invited to serve on the brokerage's Agent Leadership Council for 2022 and 2023 and was the sole recipient of the Excel Award in 2022. Chad holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University.

As a resident of Oklahoma City since 1994, Chad knows the local real estate market inside and out and is dedicated to finding tailored financing solutions for his clients, no matter how complex.
